Myers General Inc has started its latest project City Heights,. It is a 100-unit apartment building located in beautiful Ferndale, Washington. The project consists of five, 20-unit 5-story buildings. All the buildings will be equipped with elevators and there will be some secured parking. Construction is slated to begin in the Summer of 2008 and will be phased with an expected completion date of the Summer of 2010.
We are also starting construction on four new homes located in the Bristol Heights Development, located in Bellingham, Washington. Construction will start on two of the homes in November 2007 and the other two will start December 2007.
