Myers General Inc. has started its latest project, City Heights. It is a 100-unit apartment building located in beautiful Ferndale, Washington. The project consists of five, 20-unit 5-story buildings. All the buildings will be equipped with elevators and there will be some secured parking. Construction is slated to begin in the Summer of 2008 and will be phased with an expected completion date of the Summer of 2010. Myers General Inc. is anticipating high return on all the apartment communities slated for 2008 through 2010.
